Returns & Exchanges
14-Day Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at info@partawa.fi. Send your approved returns to:

Returns cannot be accepted without prior approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Check your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can fix it.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel or return EU orders within 14 days for any reason, unless restricted above. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
