Terms of Delivery

General Information
All products in this online store are sold by Partawa Oy, Business ID: 2812092-8. We sell to private customers in Finland and across the EU. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
The following terms apply to products supplied directly by Partawa. If you order Partawa clothing through the Spreadshirt platform, their delivery terms apply.
Ordering
Orders are primarily placed online at www.partawa.fi.
All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the order details, prices, and shipping costs. Providing an email address is required to receive the confirmation. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the current delivery terms.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Payment Methods
Orders can be paid via Paytrail or PayPal.
For invoice payments, the invoice will be sent with the shipment or electronically.
Shipping & Costs

Domestic (Finland): €6.20 - €12,90

International: €8,90 - €14,90
Orders are shipped as parcels or registered letters. Only parcels can be tracked with a tracking number.
For fragile items, an additional fee for special handling will be added according to Posti’s current rates. More information on Posti shipping options and fees can be found here: http://www.posti.fi
Returns & Exchanges
Customers have a 14-day return and exchange right according to Finnish Consumer Protection Law. Returns only apply to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

Return Address:
Returns must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued via the original payment method through the payment service provider after the return has been processed. If there is no defect and the customer chooses to return the product, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a product is lost during shipping, damaged, or incorrect, the customer must report it immediately to info@partawa.fi or by mail:
Reports of defective or incorrect products must be made within 14 days of receipt. If the package was damaged in transit, a complaint must be filed with the post office immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these delivery terms. Customers should review the currently valid terms before placing an order.
