Partawa Oy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Partawa Oy confirms it. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Please check your order carefully before submission, as Partawa Oy may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after order acceptance.
If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Return Policy [LINK].
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.
You will be charged the price in effect at the time of your order, which will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.

We may from time to time run promotions or campaigns that affect pricing and are subject to separate terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion terms and these Terms, the promotion terms shall prevail.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipments or deliveries. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier operations, customs procedures, or other events beyond our control. Once products are handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you.

Partawa Oy uses Shopify’s services to provide the Services to you. However, in all purchases made from our store, your contract is directly with Partawa Oy.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Partawa Oy, including any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from products or services purchased.
You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Partawa Oy.
